CONFIRMS James Harris Timberman's parents. His middle name "Harris" = mother's maiden name. The image carries three things Ancestry's transcription does not. (1) Line 6 is written out in longhand words — June / Fourth / 1858 — which settles the birth date against the tree's 4 Jan 1858; line 7's age at death, 60 yrs 11 mos 30 ds against a death of 3 Jun 1919, agrees independently. (2) His occupation, line 8a: Veterinary Surgeon. (3) Residence 60 South Washington St., Wilkes-Barre; cause of death carcinoma of the prostate, duration one year; buried Mt. Greenwood Cemetery, 5 June 1919, undertaker W. E. Doran & Sons; filed 4 June 1919. The informant is a W. Compiled for the Proeger family

Living adults appear by name and relationship, with the year only: no full date of birth and no home town on any page that search engines index, and a living person’s own page is kept out of search engines. Minors appear by name only — no date of birth, no birth year, no age, no school, no place, no address, no other identifying detail. A minor may be named and may appear in a family photograph; nothing further about them is published. Where it is not established whether someone is an adult or a minor, the minor rule applies.
